About Me

1997 I did move to Berlin as a Jazz Guitar Player.

In the following years I made lots of experience playing music on stage and giving lessons. This together with my daily practice on the instrument should turn out to be very useful for practicing Taijiquan later.

2003 I began to practice Chenstyle Taijiquan. I used to learn the Laojia Yilu from Chenjiagou first.

The most important inluence at that time came from my friend Hendrik Brück and master Chen Xili from Xi'an in China.

2005 I met master Xiao Jimin in Berlin. He tought me the form out of the lineage of Chen Fake like it was passed down by Jimin's father Xiao Qinglin, a direct diciples of Grandmaster Chen Fake.

2006 I did travel to Xi'an, China, to train with master Chen Xili and Chen Quanzhong.

In the following years I did also enjoy the teachings of Jan Silberstorff, a diciple of the well known master Chen Xiaowang. These to me were very helpful.

2010 Hong Junsheng's "Chen Style Taijiquan Practical Method" became more and more important for me, so I decided to travel to Daqingshan, Shandong provinz in China to join master Chen Zhonghua's full time training.

Because of the very well tought and explained method and because of Chen Zhonghua's very nice and open teaching style I decided to go on teaching the "Chen Style Taijiquan Practical Method" with the permission of master Chen.

Now it is a honor to me to be one of the first to teach this special style of Chen Taijiquan in Germany.

2004 - 2007 a 3-year training in Qigong with Zhi Chang Li, Xu Mingtang, Heiner Fruehauf und Joachim Stuhlmacher.

2005 - 2008 education in Zen-Shiatsu at the school of Jochen Knau in Berlin.
